Ipswich office space receives a boost

The office space available in Ipswich is to be given a boost, thanks to an expansion at the Ransomes Europark.

According to Officebroker.com, Basepoint Ipswich is to create more office space at the park; providing an extra 5,600 square feet for those keen to put roots down in the area.

It may comes as good news to anyone searching for houses to let in Ipswich with a view to either starting a business in the area, or moving an existing office to the town; however they may want to get in quick, as it seems five businesses have already expressed interest in the space.

A spokesperson for Basepoint Ipswich, centre manager Michelle Wootton, explained the intentions behind the expansion. She said: "At Basepoint, our aim is to continue improving our facilities so that they meet the requirements of our licensees."

Wootton added that the company is "keen to attract new

businesses to the centre," but that it is equally pleased that some

of its existing licensees might expand into parts of the space too.

"We're delighted to see that some of our licensees are expanding - a true testament considering the challenging times we're in," Wootton concluded. It may also be testament to the location of the Europark - called the "first choice for business" by Randomseseuropark.co.uk - and its facilities.
