Investing in People
Very few firms in the letting and estate agency sector have been awarded Investor in People (IIP) status, but JSM Property as part of the Leaders group are proud to have retained our hard-earned IIP accreditation in for the 11 consecutive years.
The Leaders Group has held IIP status since 1998 and was one of the first letting agents to attain the Standard.
The award is based on our continued commitment to investing in the development of our employees and recognising the contribution made by our staff to the organisation.
It was clear to the IIP assessors that Leaders’ employees felt their contribution to the company was highly valued. We know that our employees are without doubt our most valuable asset and we believe that our dedication to our staff directly benefits our customers and our business as our teams consistently demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile, providing a first-class, professional but very personal service.
