Jeremy Prior JSM manage in excess of 4,000 Residential Properties and successfully let over 2000 properties to Tenants each year.

JSM's reputation has, over the years, grown due to the highly trained and fully committed members of staff who provide a professional, personal and friendly service to all the companies clients and customers.

JSM invests heavily each year in its staff and regular in house and external training courses are undertaken by all staff to ensure that all our Property Managers and Negotiators are at the cutting edge of the industry and familiar with the ever changing legislation. All experienced members of staff are encouraged to train and take the industry recognised qualifications, the Technical Award and Diploma in Residential Lettings & Property Management. We are also proud to belong standing members of The Association Of Residential Letting Agents.

Operations Director
Emma is the Companies Operations Director and has overall responsibility for all JSM branches. Emma joined JSM some 13 years ago as receptionist in our Norwich branch and has worked her way up through the Company, firstly as a Deputy Branch Manager, secondly to Branch Manager and then to having responsibility for two branches and now finally to her existing position.

Emma is responsible for training members of staff throughout the Company and has to date been responsible for over forty members of staff passing the Association of Residential Letting Agents level One examination and a further sixteen members of staff (including herself!) passing the very difficult level two examinations. Emma is currently working on a programme of training to get as many members of staff possible through the new Technical Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management.

Emma is responsible for all Landlord and Tenant matters which are referred to her from the Branch Managers as well as being very closely involved with the strategic planning of the Company as a whole.
